GIMP is the GNU Image Manipulation Program. It is a freely distributed piece of software for such tasks as photo retouching , image composition andimage authoring . It works on many operating systems, in many languages.
There is quite a bit of learning to do for the advanced stuff, but cropping images and changing file types are easy. (FREE)

Analyse the traffic on your website |
To analyse the traffic on your website and see where you customers are coming from. Start an account with Google Analytics. It has a wealth of information available to you that can really help you get your Online Business on track. (FREE)

Sending large email attachments |
If you need so send a large file by email. For instance your Complete Web backup file, Images or video. Your internet provider may return an error to you and say that the attachment is too large.
If this happens sign up to www.yousendit.com and create a free account. This will enable you to send a file up to 2 GB in size. If you want to send larger files you can opt for the paid account. It's a fantastic tool and I have found it very reliable. (FREE and Paid options) |
Drop Box
This is a great tool to share documents and files with other drop box users. It can also be used to upload Complete Web Backup files to other users that are too large to be emailed.
There are free and paid versions of drop box. |
